centre of the universe: the dreaming

09/14/2005: "Notarant" I haven't a rant in me. Not a single rant. Not even a little bit of a whine, or that niggling little crick at the back of one's neck one gets when one is about to complain about something. Okay, wait. I'm sure I can find *something* to complain about.

Hrm.

The oatmeal this morning was runny.

Uhhh...

...ummm...

In the immortal words of Buttery Bee: "Hit me in the face! I'm feelin' rowdy!" He's a riot at parties. A one-man riot at times.

Um. We now return you to your regularly scheduled browsing. Perhaps I'll read the news all day today and come up with something to discuss at a later time.

For now, let's think about feet.

Thinking of The Captain and hoping that he is feeling better.

I am sure that he was awfully dissappointed in having to miss school.

Can your logging software provide an RSS feed?

cenobyte , on Thursday, 15th September:

Not until I learn more XML, it can't.

Eventually, I will change the templates to include RSS. Until then, you're stuck with having to check back every bloody day.

Ooblik , on Thursday, 15th September:

Would this help?

I've looked at this before. There are still quite a few porblems with it, and the most popular solution seems to be "move over to WordPress", which I'd love to do, but I'm not willing to spend the extra $30/month it would cost to have access to the MySQL database it requires.

Someday, when I reacquaint myself with Linux (hello! how are you? been some time, huh?) and realise my dream of hosting my own site, I'll hijack my own computer and run WordPress on it.

I've been poking through some forums and stuff looking for more easily updatable (this one you have to manually update, and there are quite a few porblems with it) and more recent mods.
