centre of the universe: the dreaming

02/24/2007: "It's a long way to Tipperary" The other reason I'm ready for spring is that around this time of year, when there's been a few days off school, no matter how often you send the little darlings outside or to their friends' houses, there just aren't enough Es in "leeeave me alone for five minutes!" I love my children. You know that. I love almost all children. And there comes a time in every parent's life (usually at least once a quarter, I should think, if not more) where there's nothing you want to do more than leave your kids at home with the Michelin Man, (creepy bastard that he is) to take care of them and just bugger off for a week to hide under a bridge and grab the ankles of passers-by.

Tire people are good caregivers because they're bouncy and padded and environmentally unsound. And if you light them on fire, they provide warmth for a very, very long time.

Er, is it too much to request notification of just which bridge that might be?

That would defeat the purpose, wouldn't it?

der kaptin , on Monday, 26th February:

That would depend on the purpose itself, wouldn't it?

cenobyte , on Monday, 26th February:

Would it?

der kaptin , on Monday, 26th February:

Well, I'm speculating a person might decide to seek out a bridge to pass by, if they knew an ankle-grabber was waiting beneath.

Michelle told me that she feels exactly the same way, but I'm not sure know why, because we don't have any children?

Yikes, gotta go--almost time for Spongebob!

Damn. I thought we were playing Questions.

...oh wait! I win! I win, I win, I win, I win!
