09/07/2008: "Grease Fire" We have no new hockey equipment to purchase; making your child feel like a putz for an entire year in equipment *slightly* too big seems to pay off in the end. Huzzah!

cenobyte's great auntie died. She is the one who grows a fuller beard than cenobyte's Da. We weren't close (it's a long, long, LONG story, best told over many beer and several deep fried things), and she was debilitated with the Alzheimer's, so really, cenobyte isn't fishing for sympathy. But, you know, it's a current event, and it's the current event that also partially caused the crippling case of the stupids cenobyte suffered from on Thursday last.

Something, though...something's not right, and I don't know what it is.
