10/27/2008: "Rollin' rollin' rollin'...." I suck at this. I really suck at this.

A letter arrived in my post box earlier this week. It was from Cunt Chick. She said she noted that I haven't been writing on the bournal regularly for a while, and she hopes that means I'm working on other writing. Um. Without spoiling a surprise that may or may not be arriving on her own doorstep soon, let me just say this:

I'm working really, really hard on the Kingdom Come game. Both on the Providence game, which I'm running on the last Saturday of the month, and on the editing for the game book. Hopefully, I'll have a pared-down version of it to sell to players at the November game. The actual game I'm running is taking up an awful lot of my time, and it's time I'm willing to give, because I quite enjoy it.

But also there's the issue of work being in the midst of the busy season, hockey and skating starting up, Book Awards season in mid-stride (and getting busier), and a bunch of other stuff, not to mention the family...so yeah...the bournal kind of gets "oh. I should write on there" billing. It's not because I don't love you.

Never have I seen a more alarmed door in my life. The thing couldn't even *move*! It was frozen in terror. It's sad, really.
